If the tire pressure is low it does not mean you should not buy the tires. But it does mean that you should look into what else is wrong if anything.

4. Watch for leaking

When buying used car rims online, you want to make sure there is no leakage on the sidewall of the tire. If there is, the tire is no good and not repairable.
