By: Adam Mussa

A training DVD or a sales video can be a new item to use to foster innovation and novel ideas for your typical staff meeting or educational session. A training DVD can offer an outsiders' perspective while still maintaining clarity and your vision for the company. A sales video such as this can be an original way to spark interest in and new debate and ideas around the office.

Sales videos can become excellent teaching tools for your staff. The presentation of these allows you to join in the meeting as a peer, not just as the leader at the podium.

They can also serve to allow innovative ideas to blossom and ideas to be generated as to how to make the company more successful overall.

Also know how you are going to deal with issues that it raises. Again make sure that the DVD which you choose heavily espouses the ideas of the company for which you are working.

It is wise to also find a sales video which can spark debate and hopefully new ideas. The ideal result is for the sales team members to walk away from this type of presentation with new thoughts on how to better themselves and the company.

A sales video that you show to your employees should spark some debate. Do not use a video just as filler- present one that will allow some brainstorming and input from your employees.

A further note about using training DVDs is to know ahead of time what you want your employees to gain from its airing. Do you want to spark new debate or do you simply want it to emphasize the goals of the team?

Training DVDs and sales videos can be great teaching tools when used wisely. Choose the right video and forum for discussion ad you may have found one educational tool that works wonders for your sales team and your company.
