Stephen Richards cd

I sent for this off amazon as it was recommended by my friend Elaine aka big red bird,it arrived today and i am very impressed! you need to listen to it when you have roughly half an hour to yourself and you are preferably alone,he sort of talks you into a relaxed state and guides you through a procedure,its very impressive,I am dying for a chance to grab some time on my own again so I can listen to it again,next time I am going to set the scene a bit,I will take the cd player into the bedroom light candles and lie down and listen to it,I have always been unable to meditate but I think I could come quite close with this,will let you know how it progresses.

Gena, is it the 'Cosmic Ordering Connection' CD?

I bought it a while ago, and find it very relaxing. I actually feel the 'going under' part quite strongly (if that makes sense, as though being 'put under')

Yes Tom it is and I know what you mean,his voice is very mesmerising and you do feel yourself going under,i am trying to find some time alone to listen to it again but its proving tricky and obviously I cant listen to it whilst driving!

Its a great Cd isnt it?....I hadnt even heard of Stephen Richards until I came upon this forum, through looking at Genas website, through meeting Gena again before Christmas on the train! Serendipity or what!!

I am trying to listen to him every day if I can...thats not always possible though. I've been listening for about 2 weeks now and I've found that my moods dont fluctuate, I can maintain a calmness, my energy levels are very high as well...???
Would be very interested to hear what you experience

Ha ha yes Elaine and a psychic told me I would be reunited with somebody called Elaine! spooky I am loving the CD,so glad I got it,but I think it is one of those things you have to make time for,which is sometimes tricky,but I am going to try and schedule it into my week at least twice a week,it is very relaxing and that part where he is talking,but you cant quite make out what he is saying is almost hypnotic! I have the stephen Richards book,but I much prefer the cd

Yes, you are right...it is tricky to make time, sometimes wish I had a 48 hour day!!
Keep going with it though and let me know what you think....Sometimes I drift off for the whole session and sometimes I listen to it on the Lafuma in the treatment room and wake up at specific parts
Couple of days ago I woke up and I swear he was talking a different language!! Then I thought about it again and maybe his words were being played backwards??!!

Well I did as I said yesterday,went upstairs and got all cosy,put on the cd and it was amazing...........but weird!lol! amazing because afterwards I felt like I had been asleep for ages,although I didnt fall asleep and weird because I couldnt remember what he said from about halfway through! I sort of felt like I was drifting,I could hear the CD but it seemed to be in the background? so I am giving it another go today

I think thats a very good thing that you drift off... it means that the subliminal messages are getting through to your subconcious (I think! )
How do you both feel afterwards...this may be a total coincidence but...today I had to go and see a relative who's birthday it was and another person was turning up who I usually find either ignores me or intimidates me!
Today you would have been proud of me though I sailed through my visit, was very charming to usually obnoxious other person (who didnt know what to make of the situation at all!)
I have had a few hypnosos cd's for different reasons and also let clients borrow some, Stephen Richards is by far the best

I suppose the best wayI can describe how I feel afterwards Elaine,is balanced,apart from feeling very relaxed I feel as though I take everything as it comes,does that make sense? I have a feeling that meditation would be of enormous benefit to me,but I have never been able to master it,like most people I lead a busy life and often I feel completely overwhelmed,sometimes over the most trivial things! I recognise that this is really silly and as a fairly level headed person,I know that its just not worth sweating the small stuff(thats another book Elaine!) so I have been very surprised to find that this CD has had such an effect on how I feel
